LOCATION: New Delhi, India. DATES: December 10-12, 2021
The Provisional World Parliament (PWP) is an international body that meets under the authority of Article 19 of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. Even prior to ratification under Article 17, the People of Earth are empowered by the Earth Constitution to begin provisional World Government.
The 15th session of the Provisional World Parliament is taking place December 10-12 here in New Delhi, India. A major theme of the Parliament is India’s role in a transformed United Nations under the Earth Constitution. We have a line-up of many prominent speakers for the opening ceremonies on the first day. On the second day, we have a line-up of experts for panel discussions on major global issues. On the third day (Dec. 12), in addition to a large Press Conference, we have our legislative session scheduled, with about 16 major bills for debate and voting by Parliament delegates.
The Parliament must now be held entirely on-line. The government of New Delhi has just banned all public gatherings until December 15. The Parliament will take place, with the same exciting agenda, but it will be entirely on-line. We will be connecting worldwide from here in New Delhi. You can register on-line at 15th Session Registration (wcpa.global) This is history in the making.
